Erin Ergonomie en Industrieel Ontwerp

Welkom op de website van onderzoek/ontwerpbureau Erin. De naam Erin is een samentrekking van de woorden ERgonomie en INdustrieel ontwerp, de twee vakgebieden die elkaar raken in het werk van Erin. In het productontwikkelingsproces behartigt Erin de belangen van de gebruiker. Zo worden uiteindelijk betere producten ontwikkeld, die optimaal afgestemd zijn op de behoeftes van de gebruiker en de omgeving waarin ze gebruikt worden. Dit is niet alleen prettig voor de gebruikers zelf, maar heeft in een wereld waarin gebruikers/klanten steeds mondiger worden en online hun producten beoordelen, ook belangrijke concurrentievoordelen voor de producent.

Welcome to the website of design research company Erin. The name Erin is formed by the acronyms for ERgonomics and INdustrial design, the fields of expertise that coincide in the work of Erin. Erin represents the voice of the user in the productdevelopment proces. Listening to this voice pays of: the product design will benefit because it is optimally matched to the interests and needs of its users and the use environment. This isn't only comfortable for users though, it can also be very beneficial for the product developing industry; in a world where people are provided with a lot of product evaluations through the internet, it might be the difference between buy or not to buy.
